Qualifications

• High school graduate with previous health care experience preferred.
• BLS or obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Med Tech License required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians during endoscopy procedures, handling specimens collected and sterilizing equipment.
• Performs proper handling, cleaning, and decontamination of instruments and scopes used during GI procedures using approved infection control techniques.
• Participates in weekend call rotation.
