Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Endoscopy Technician certification program preferred.
• Two+ years of Endoscopy Technologist experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Function as Endoscopy Technician during gastroenterology procedures, working with physician and circulating nurse.
• Prepare procedure room based on updated schedule and patient needs.
• Assist with patient positioning and comfort during procedures.
• Assist physicians and anesthesia personnel during surgical procedures as needed.
• Operate scope processor and related equipment.
• Stock and coordinate anesthesia supplies as required.
• Maintain aseptic technique and infection control standards.
