Job summary

Southern NH Medical Center is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to support endoscopy procedures in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves assisting the endoscopy team under RN supervision, ensuring safe procedures and optimal patient outcomes.

The position requires a high school diploma, relevant registrations or certifications, and readiness to complete required trainings within 30 days of hire. 36 hours per week with flexible/intermittent on-call shifts are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• LNA or NH Medical Technologist registration completion preferred or required within 30 days of hire.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or required within 30 days of hire.
• Certification as Central Services Endoscopy Technician preferred but not required.
• Prior Endoscopy Procedural Technician or Sterile Processing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with room turnover.
• Maintain inventory levels and routine care.
• Reprocess and maintain endoscopic equipment per infection control standards and manufacturer instructions.
