Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking an Endoscopy Technician to join the Ambulatory Procedure Room team. You will assist with preparation and delivery of endoscopy procedures under the direct supervision of an RN, and will also perform secretarial and reception duties as assigned.

The role includes cleaning and disinfecting scopes and other instruments, supporting patient flow, and ensuring a safe, efficient work environment. All staff are required to be vaccinated against influenza.

Qualifications

• Prior endoscopy tech or nursing assistant experience preferred but training is available.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and disinfection of scopes and instruments used for procedures.

Pay Range

$22.00 - $32.69

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
