Job summary

Carondelet St. Josephs Hospital in Tucson seeks an Endoscopy Technician to support licensed personnel in pre, intra, and post-procedure care. You will assist with endoscopy equipment, biopsies, and patient positioning while maintaining infection control and patient privacy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year Endoscopy Technician or 1 year PCT experience.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with the RN according to the plan of care.
• Assist the physician and/or RN during Endoscopy procedures with equipment, biopsies, and patient positioning.
• Maintain infection control and clean, safe environment in the Endoscopy lab.
• Demonstrate knowledge of endoscopy guidelines and ensure room readiness.
