Qualifications

  • CA RN license with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical supervisory experience in surgery, endoscopy, or critical care.
  • Preferred 3 years in outpatient surgery or endoscopy settings.
  • Strong command of English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with physicians, staff and patients.
  • Proficiency in safety measures and risk management protocols.
  • Evidence of leadership to mentor and develop clinical staff.
