Job summary

Texas Endoscopy Center is hiring a Registered Nurse Endoscopy in Plano. The RN Endoscopy prepares patients, equipment and rooms for Endoscopy procedures and assists physicians under physician direction. Knowledge of endoscope manipulation and strict adherence to center policies are required.

The role emphasizes maintaining current Endoscopy skills, providing multi-dimensional care, and adhering to standards and guidelines in the Endoscopy nursing care setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in Endoscopy (GI).
• ACLS and BLS are required and must be American Heart Association (AHA).
• Licensed by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients, equipment and room for Endoscopy procedures.
• Assists physicians with Endoscopy procedures.
• Maintains and demonstrates current skills and knowledge of Endoscopy procedures and techniques.
