Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy for a travel assignment in Lewisville, Texas. The position is for 13 weeks, at 40 hours per week, on a daytime 10-hour shift as a Travel RN.

Requirements include an active RN license, accredited nursing degree, BLS and ACLS, and 18 months of recent Endoscopy/acute care experience. Benefits include weekly pay, housing options, health and life insurance, travel reimbursement, and more.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment and data collection focused on patient needs during Endoscopy care.
• Provides technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintains patient dignity, privacy and a friendly environment.
• Maintains accurate nursing records and ensures confidentiality.
• Works with minimal supervision during procedures, admission and recovery.
