Job summary

Memorial Hermann Surgery Center, Southwest is seeking an experienced Endoscopy GI/Pre-op/Pacu RN. This full-time role requires an accredited nursing degree, Texas RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS. CNOR is preferred.

The ideal candidate works well independently, prioritizes tasks, and communicates tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and staff. Experience in GI/endoscopy OR settings is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Minimum of two years OR experience assisting GI/Endoscopy procedures.
• Current Texas License as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS required.
• CNOR preferred.
• Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.
• Deal tactfully with patients, families, physicians, and employees.
• Knowledgeable of hospital policies and procedures in the OR.
• Proficient in OR nursing across pediatric to geriatric patients.

Required Skills
