Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) – Winchester Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Endoscopy Team. You will complete assessments, administer medications and treatments, observe patient progress, and collaborate with physicians to develop an optimal care plan for each patient.

Massachusetts RN license is required; a BSN is strongly encouraged. This is a 30 hours/week position with a base pay range of $36.00 to $90.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program.
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
