Job summary

Eastside Medical Center is seeking a Staff Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care. You will work within organizational policies, demonstrate professional growth, and coordinate patient care activities with all assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required; GA RN license and BCLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia required
• BCLS certification required
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas as addendum specifies

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care
• Function within hospital policies and procedures and maintain accountability and professional growth
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care

Education
