Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card may be required at some Banner sites.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the care team.
• Develop and revise care plans with measurable goals.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities; communicate status to caregivers.
• Document assessments, plans and patient responses accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with policies, standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to quality improvement and professional development within the unit.
