Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking an Endoscopy Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in South Carolina. The RN will provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for endoscopic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative process.

Responsibilities include one-on-one care in the procedure suite, managing pre-operative and discharge processes, and participating in on-call duties as required. Requires SC RN license, ACLS and BLS, and 2+ years of endoscopy experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, preferably in endoscopy.
• Current South Carolina RN license or Compact license.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care in the procedure suite, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Manage pre-operative and discharge processes, typically in a 4:1 ratio.
• Participate in weekend and weekday on-call duties as required.
• Float within the unit and between like units as necessary.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as needed.
• Perform endoscopic procedures such as Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP, and EUS.
