Job summary

• Notes and carries out physician and nursing orders.
• Assists with discharge planning and coordinates with the healthcare team.
• Applies evidence-based nursing practice to patient age-specific needs.
• Adheres to professional nursing standards and ANA code of ethics.
• Maintains safety; performs other duties as assigned.
