Job summary

Gastro Health is building a brand-new in-office endoscopy suite in Framingham, MA and seeks an Endoscopy Nurse to join the founding clinical team. The role involves direct patient care during colonoscopy and endoscopy, admission assessments, and managing the procedure room workflow with IV sedation and post-anesthesia care.

Required MA RN license, at least 1 year of RN experience, BLS/ACLS, and IV skills are a plus. PACU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• PACU experience preferred.
• IV skills are a plus.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the physicians to provide direct patient care for colonoscopy & endoscopy procedures.
• Completion of admission assessments.
• Monitor patients receiving IV moderate sedation.
• Oversee and participate in the preparation and flow of the procedure room.
• Preparation for discharging patients.
• Post-anesthesia care.

Help build something exceptional from day one. We're opening a brand new in-office endoscopy suite and are looking for passionate, patient-focused Endoscopy Nurses to become part of our founding clinical team.

As a member of a newly established endoscopy suite, this position requires flexibility, adaptability, and a team-first mindset. During the initial months of operation, patient volumes will gradually increase. Staff members will be expected to assist in multiple clinical and operational areas, participate in developing workflows, and contribute to building a culture of excellence.

As an Endoscopy RN with Gastro Health, you will:

• Assist the physicians to provide direct patient care for colonoscopy & endoscopy procedures

Candidate Requirements:
