Job summary

Wellness Avenue Surgery Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Endoscopy Circulator to join our Gastroenterology team. The RN will work in a high-quality ambulatory setting, delivering patient-centered care with supervision as needed.

Qualified candidates have an unrestricted RN license, 1+ year endoscopy experience, and a BSN is preferred. BLS certification is required. USPI supports competitive wages, benefits, and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Must have a current unrestricted RN license in the state.
• 1+ years of experience as an Endoscopy RN required.
• Current American Heart BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to Center policies and demonstrates fiscal responsibility.
• Follows standards, policies, procedures, and goals for non-acutely ill patients.
• Ensures care respects age-specific needs of patients.
• Maintains OSHA and related safety standards for bloodborne pathogens.
• Uses proper body mechanics and supports team during stress.
• Takes vital signs, applies monitors, and documents appropriately.
• Follows employee health and staffing policies.
