FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation seeks an Associate Clinical Specialist to independently support ES equipment in Endoscopy, providing hands-on on-site client support and training for Fujifilm’s endoscopy catalog. You will partner with sales and act as a primary clinical resource regionally, managing inquiries and ensuring safe, effective technology use.

Requirements include a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), 2+ years in field sales or clinical roles, endoscopy knowledge, and

Qualifications

• Endoscopy knowledge with GI/pulmonary experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• 2+ years field sales or clinical experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot Fujifilm endo equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and education for Fujifilm equipment.
• Deliver post-sale, face-to-face client support including setup and maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Monitor and support repair transactions.
• Develop reports for management on installation and usage progress.
• Travel up to 50% as required by business needs.
