Job description

Endodontist – Austin, TX | Full-Time
About the Position

Join a thriving, high-performing Endodontic practice in Austin, Texas, backed by one of the nation’s leading doctor-founded, doctor-led specialty dental organizations. This opportunity combines the culture, autonomy, and earning potential of a successful specialty practice with the resources and infrastructure of a large national network.

The organization supports 220+ specialty practices and more than 350 specialists across 28 states, with deep roots in Endodontics as well as a growing presence in Oral Surgery and Periodontics. Its model is specifically designed around specialty dentistry, allowing doctors to focus on patient care while an experienced support organization assists with the business and administrative side of practice.

We are seeking a skilled, motivated Endodontist who wants to provide exceptional care in a modern, technology-driven environment with an established referral base and outstanding reputation.

Candidates from throughout the United States and Canada are encouraged to apply. U.S. licensure or eligibility for Texas dental licensure is required, and relocation assistance is available.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Exceptional Earning Potential

Compensation is 43% of collections for services personally provided, creating significant upside in a practice with strong collections, reimbursement rates, and established patient volume.

Established, High-Volume Practice

Step into a successful practice with a strong referral network, consistent case flow, and the ability to begin producing immediately rather than spending years developing a patient base.

Doctor-Founded & Doctor-Led Organization

The broader organization was founded by practicing dental specialists and was built specifically around the needs of specialty practices. Its philosophy emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, growth, and preserving doctor autonomy.

Clinical Autonomy

You maintain control over how you diagnose and treat your patients. The organization’s model is intentionally structured to provide extensive business support while allowing doctors to make clinical decisions and focus on delivering excellent patient care.

National Specialty Network

Become part of a network of 350+ specialists, creating opportunities for mentorship, collaboration, continuing education, and professional relationships well beyond a single practice.

Comprehensive Practice Support

A dedicated business infrastructure supports affiliated practices with areas including:

  • Billing and accounting
  • Human resources
  • Information technology
  • Procurement and purchasing
  • Credentialing and payor negotiation
  • Marketing and practice growth
  • Training
  • Compliance
  • Legal support

This infrastructure allows clinicians to spend more of their time practicing dentistry and less time managing the administrative complexities of a practice.

Cutting-Edge Technology

Practice with CBCT, digital workflows, modern operatories, premium instruments, supplies, and clinical resources designed to support efficient treatment and outstanding patient outcomes.

Growth & Long-Term Opportunity

This is more than an associate position. The organization is structured to support doctors throughout their careers, including professional development and potential opportunities to progress toward partnership and ownership. Across the broader network, more than 65 associates have progressed to partner, with the organization reporting an average timeline of approximately 13 months to partnership for those who have made that transition.

Relocation & Licensure Support

For candidates relocating to Texas, assistance is available to help make the transition as seamless as possible, including guidance through the Texas licensure process.
