Job summary

Holmes Endodontics in Kettering, Ohio, is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified endodontist to join a modern, fully digital practice with a strong referral base and a full schedule from day one.

You will perform root canal therapy, non-surgical retreatments, apicoectomies, and postoperative care in a high-volume, fully digital setting with CBCT and modern equipment. A path to long-term partnership and mentorship are available.

Qualifications

• Board-eligible or board-certified endodontist with a residency certificate.
• Clinically confident, reliable, and outcome-focused in patient care.
• Strong communicator and team-oriented, open to collaboration and partnership.
• Committed to high-quality endodontic care.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy (endo) including complex cases.
• Conduct non-surgical retreatments as needed.
• Perform apicoectomies (as applicable) and postoperative care.
• Manage post-operative and emergency care with minimal chair downtime.
