The role offers collaborative leadership, ongoing professional development, and potential pathways toward ownership based on performance. Experience with CBCT and digital workflow is valued.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD with completion of an accredited Endodontics program.
• 5+ years of experience in dentistry; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Exposure to insurance structures and benefits administration.
• Working knowledge of CBCT and digital workflow solutions.
• Endodontics specialty training and board certification preferred.
