Job summary

Towncare Dental Partners is seeking an Endodontist to join our established practice in West Palm Beach, FL. The position offers a high producing patient base, strong internal referrals, and a flexible schedule across 2–4 days per week with potential expansion based on demand.

You will diagnose and treat endodontic conditions, perform root canal therapy and retreatments, educate patients, and work with an experienced team to ensure continuity of care in a modern clinical environment.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited Dental School
• Certificate from an accredited US Endodontic Residency Program
• Active Dental License in FL

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat endodontic conditions, including root canal therapy and retreatments
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-operative care
• Collaborate with referring general dentists to ensure seamless continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and compliance standards
