Job summary

Aspen Dental in West Des Moines, IA is seeking an Endodontist to provide expert endodontic care with access to state-of-the-art facilities and in-network referrals, while enjoying autonomy and strong clinical support.

You’ll receive a generous production-based compensation, with a 4-day work week for full-time staff, robust benefits, malpractice insurance assistance, and non-clinical business support so you can focus on patients. This is a nationwide network committed to advancing dentistry.

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the ADA.
• Specialty certificate.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues of teeth while maintaining the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Evaluate findings and prescribe methods of treatment to prevent loss of teeth and to restore teeth to function
• Embrace a team-first mindset through collaboration to provide personalized, high-quality care
• Commitment to staying on top of innovative endodontic practices
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups, dental associations and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the local community

Salary :

$8,000-$12,000 production per day*
