Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Endodontist Dental Assistant to support the specialist chair-side during procedures and travel to nearby offices as needed. You will take dental X-rays, set up and breakdown operatories, and help maintain infection control to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role offers full-time employment with flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $20–$25 per hour, and a benefits package including PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) savings plan with match.

Qualifications

• Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Specialist chair-side during treatment procedures.
• Travel to nearby offices to support patient care.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Set up and breakdown operatory post treatment.
• Manage infection control – prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
• Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain good oral health.
• Perform various office tasks as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
