Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Endodontist Dental Assistant to support the Specialist chair-side and help deliver excellent patient care across our offices. This full-time role offers the opportunity to travel to multiple locations and contribute to community dental health.

The position features a competitive hourly wage of $30–$35 with a $5,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off and health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with match.

Qualifications

• Active license/registration as required by state; including X-ray certification.
• Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
• Ability to work well with patients of diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Specialist chair-side during procedures.
• Support patient care across multiple offices.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Set up and break down operatory post treatment.
• Maintain infection control and instrument sterilization.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and aftercare.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure quality care.
