Job summary

Aspen Dental is seeking an Endodontist to provide specialized endodontic care within an exclusive territory. You’ll have 100% clinical autonomy and a robust in-network referral system, supported by a nationwide network of experts.

Applicants will receive a generous compensation package including a guaranteed first-year salary of $350,000 plus a $25,000 sign-on and a flexible 4-day work week for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Successful completion of an advanced endodontics program accredited by the ADA.
• Specialty certificate in endodontics or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues.
• Evaluate findings and prescribe methods to prevent tooth loss and restore function.
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups and represent Aspen Dental locally.

Salary:

$350,000 salary guarantee* in your first year + $25,000 Sign-On Bonus

How You’ll Succeed

• Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases of dental pulps and periapical tissues of teeth while maintaining the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism
• Evaluate findings and prescribe methods of treatment to prevent loss of teeth and to restore teeth to function

• Commitment to staying on top of innovative endodontic practices
• Maintain affiliation with professional groups, dental associations and dental societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the local community

Qualifications

• Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
• Successful completion of an advanced education program in endodontics accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation of the ADA required
• Specialty certificate
