The candidate will perform complex endodontic procedures, use CBCT imaging, and coordinate with referring dentists while maintaining comprehensive records and educating patients on care plans.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics specialty program.
• Active Oregon dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Board certified or board eligible by the American Board of Endodontics (ABE).
• Proficiency with rotary endodontics, microscopy, and digital imaging.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries of the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
• Perform root canal therapy, endodontic retreatment, and apicoectomy procedures.
• Utilize CBCT for accurate diagnosis.
• Collaborate with referring general dentists and specialists to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, post-operative care, and preventive strategies.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in endodontic techniques and materials.
