Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading pediatric Ambulatory Surgery Center organization to recruit a PRN Endodontist for its affiliated professional care team in Santa Maria, CA.

The role focuses on endodontic care for pediatric and special needs patients, with about seven pediatric patients seen on a typical OR day, collaborating with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, RDAs, and other surgical team members, following established clinical and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Endodontist with appropriate state licensure.
• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Current BLS certification; AHA or equivalent PALS certification (within 6 months of hire).
• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Ability to practice across anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide endodontic care for pediatric and special needs patients.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day.
• Work alongside Dentists, Anesthesiologists, Registered Nurses, Registered Dental Assistants, and other surgical team members.
• Follow established clinical and safety standards throughout patient care.
