Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited University is required.
• Endodontic certificate from an accredited US University is required.
• DEA, CPR and NPI Number must be current.
• Current Malpractice Insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, personalized, quality endodontic care to patients.
• Provide and educate patients on endodontic treatment options.
• Communicate with patients to build trust and respect between clinician and patient.
• Work with general dentists, staff and other dental specialists.

Education
