Quality-First Endo Role on the Coast

This is a privately owned, doctor-led endodontics practice – NOT a DSO. This is a well-established group with multiple coastal North Carolina locations, a large and loyal referral base, and a schedule booked roughly eight weeks out. The clinical philosophy is simple and it is the one thing that is never up for negotiation: care comes first, always, with no sales-first mentality. Cases are shared at random across the doctors with no hoarding by the owner, so you walk into a full, fair schedule from day one. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced endodontists, and mentorship is welcomed and available for anyone who wants it.

Key Features

• Employment type: W2
• Compensation: $250,000 base salary plus a monthly production bonus. You earn 45% of monthly production above $50,000, and 50% of monthly production above $100,000, paid out each month
• Earning potential: $500,000+
• Partnership: A clear associate-to-partnership path with a long, no-pressure runway to get there
• Schedule: Four-day work week
• Patient flow: A normal day runs around 8 treatment and 12 consult visits
• Referral base: Large and well-established, so there is very little marketing or pavement-pounding to do in the area
• Case distribution: Cases are shared at random across the doctors, with no hoarding by the owner
• Sedation: IV sedation available through a CRNA for select cases
• Technology: GentleWave (no pre-certification required), CBCT, ASI carts, TDO software, and a all modern computers
• Payer mix: Mostly PPO with some fee-for-service, all major insurance, collections well above 90%
• Benefits: Health insurance and malpractice covered, plus unlimited time off once you reach $50,000 in monthly production
