Job summary

Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Endodontist to join our Vista and San Diego, CA offices. The role offers 2 days per month with a production-based compensation structure at 50% of production and is built into a supportive, team-focused environment.

You will deliver high-quality endodontic care with clinical autonomy, while staying aligned with the patient-first philosophy. Ideal candidates hold an Endodontic residency certificate and board certification, and possess an active CA dental

Qualifications

• Endodontic residency certification and board certification are required.
• Active CA dental license in good standing (or ability to obtain OR license by start).
• CPR, DEA, NPI licenses or certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Part-time Endodontist position for Vista and San Diego, CA (2 days a month).
• Provide endodontic treatment with high-quality patient care and clinical autonomy.
• Work within Gentle Dental's team-based environment to improve patient outcomes.

We are looking for a part-time Endodontist in Vista and San Diego, CA (2 days a month).

Percentage of Production

• 50% of production

Office Location:

• GD Vista - 1680 South Melrose Dr. #108, Vista, CA 92081

Office Culture:

Position Qualifications:

• Endodontic Residency Certificate & Board Certification Required
• Active CA Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire OR license by time of employment)
