Advanced Dental Center is seeking a part-time Endodontist to join our high-end dental practice with four Louisville locations. The role requires one day per week, flexible hours, and an independent contractor arrangement.

Applicants must hold a US DDS/DMD, a post-graduate Endodontics certificate, an unrestricted Kentucky license, DEA registration, CPR (BLS), and be able to obtain malpractice insurance. PPO and fee-for-service patients only.

Qualifikationen

• DDS/DMD from a US-accredited dental school.
• Post-graduate Endodontics certificate from a US program.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in Kentucky.
• DEA registration.
• CPR (BLS) from AHA or ARC.
• Ability to obtain malpractice insurance.

Welcome to Advanced Dental Center! We are a local family owned high end dental practice with four locations around Louisville, KY.

We are currently looking for an part-time Endodontist to join out team!

• Flexible Schedule: One day a week commitment from the endodontist.

Requirements

Requirements of the position include:

• Graduation from a U.S. accredited four year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
• Post-graduate of a U.S. Endo program with certificate to practice Endodontics.
• Unrestricted license to practice dentistry in the State of Kentucky.
• DEA registration.
• Current CPR (BLS) from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance.
