Smile Brands Inc. is seeking an Endodontist for BrightNow! Dental in Maryland to provide comprehensive endodontic care with clinical autonomy and support from a national network.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Endodontic Specialty Certificate from an accredited program.
• Active state dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with referring dentists, specialists and clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including root canal therapy and endodontic surgery.
• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions requiring endodontic care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including root canal therapy, endodontic surgery and other procedures within your specialty.
• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions, dental injuries and other conditions requiring endodontic care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s clinical needs, goals and overall health.
• Communicate treatment recommendations clearly and compassionately, helping patients understand their options and feel confident in their care.
• Build strong relationships with patients and referring dentists.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other specialists to support comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment, post-operative care and maintaining optimal oral health.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow all applicable clinical, safety and compliance standards.
• Stay current with advancements in endodontics, technology and evidence-based treatment approaches.
