Endodontist position in Ellicott City, MD

This is a doctor-led practice in Ellicott City with a multi-year presence in the community and a fully built clinical platform. The current provider is transitioning out, creating a full-time opportunity for an endodontist who wants the autonomy and upside of ownership without taking on the debt and risk of a startup. Compensation and employment terms are flexible, and the right candidate will have a clear path to equity, profit participation, and ownership.

Key Features

• Production: Practice currently produces $50,000 to $70,000 per month
• Compensation: Daily guarantee to start, transitioning to a strong percentage of collections with accelerating upside as volume grows
• Flexible structure: Open to W-2 or independent contractor, and flexible on comp design
• Equity: Open to substantial equity or profit sharing tied to clear performance milestones, with a pathway to partnership and ownership
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, four-day clinical week
• Technology: Operating microscopes, CBCT, EdgePRO laser-assisted microfluidic irrigation, digital radiography, intraoral cameras, computers in every operatory
• Payor mix: 70% PPO, 15% traditional insurance, 15% fee-for-service, no Medicaid or HMO
