LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a part-time Endodontist for Oklahoma City practices to provide expert endodontic care through referrals from general dentists in PPO-supported offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
• Endodontic residency certificate and dental degree from an accredited school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain one.
• CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Providing endodontic treatments through direct referrals from General Dentists.
• Working in predominantly PPO dental offices.

• Working 1-2 days per week, Monday to Friday, between two office locations.
