Job summary

HighFive Healthcare in Auburn is seeking an experienced Endodontist to join an established practice serving East Alabama. You will manage root canal therapy, retreatment, and complex cases using high magnification and advanced imaging, while building a long-term path to partnership.

Whether you are an experienced clinician or finishing residency, you’ll receive mentorship, peer support, and a collaborative environment with referring dentists to preserve natural teeth and improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate from an ADA-accredited Endodontics program.
• Eligible for Alabama dental licensure.
• Residents nearing completion welcome to inquire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex endodontic procedures including retreatment, surgery, and emergencies.
• Provide same-day evaluations and create tailored treatment plans to preserve natural teeth.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and peers to coordinate specialty care across the region.
• Mentor and support newer doctors as they join the practice.

A strong clinical foundation

• Case variety: Treat routine and complex cases across root canal therapy, retreatment, cracked teeth, emergency care, pulp therapies, and resorption or perforation repair.
• Technology for detailed care: Use high magnification, CBCT imaging, and digital radiography to support diagnosis and precise treatment planning.
• Collaborative referral relationships: Work closely with referring dentists across East Alabama to coordinate specialty care and help patients preserve natural teeth.
• Mentorship and peer support: Newer doctors can access mentorship and experienced colleagues as they become part of the practice.
