Job summary

Gentle Dental San Francisco is seeking a Part-Time General Dentist with an Endodontic focus to perform root canal therapies and related procedures within a collaborative, multi-specialty setting.

The ideal candidate holds a DDS/DMD, an active California license, and proven endodontic skills. You will join an established network with internal referrals, modern technology, and a flexible schedule starting at one day per week, with opportunities to expand.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active California license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Current DEA registration, CPR certification, and NPI.
• Demonstrated clinical experience and confidence performing root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures.
• Strong endodontic diagnosis and treatment planning skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based dentistry and high-quality patient care.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Interest in developing and maintaining an endodontic-focused general dentistry practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform root canal therapy and related endodontic procedures.
• Endodontic examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with Endodontists and other dental specialists when appropriate.
• Provide endodontic-focused care within the scope of general dentistry.
