Job summary

Roseman University of Health Sciences seeks an experienced Endodontics educator to lead clinical and pre-clinical teaching at our dental school in South Jordan, Utah. You will oversee patient care, mentor students and residents, and integrate the latest evidence-based practices into both didactic and clinical teaching.

You will work with faculty to promote a proactive learning environment, help students master technical skills and critical thinking, and adopt cutting-edge technologies, including

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited US or Canadian dental school.
• Eligible for Utah licensure within 3 months of hire.
• Endodontics certificate; Board-eligible or Board-certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical teaching using a proactive and engaged learning model.
• Didactic teaching using Mastery Learning.
• Use evidence-based science in didactic and clinical teaching.
• Integrate Biomedical Science in didactic and clinical teaching.
• Overseeing and providing patient care in the college clinics.
• Manage and assess student progress toward competency.
• Acquire standardization in the specialty area within 3 months of hire.
• Adapt to current technologies (e.g., digital impressions, patient data) used at the CODM.
