Responsibilities include assisting during endodontic procedures, taking X-rays, maintaining instruments, documenting patient information, and handling administrative tasks while upholding HIPAA and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Dental Assisting experience preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer-based tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures to ensure efficiency and patient comfort.
• Greet patients and guide them through their treatment experience, making them feel at ease.
• Sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments while preparing treatment rooms according to protocols.
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays and scans as needed.
• Accurately document patient information and chart notes.
• Perform administrative office tasks using a computer and dental software.
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
