Job summary

Enable Dental is seeking an Endodontist or General Dentist with strong endodontic experience for a flexible, mobile, facility-based practice in Southern California. You’ll perform endodontic procedures and provide medically necessary care to patients in assisted living and skilled nursing settings while our team handles logistics.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active California dental license is required.
• Endodontic experience required; strong endodontic experience encouraged for general dentists.
• Experience diagnosing and planning with digital radiography.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a clinical team.
• Comfort providing care in a mobile, facility-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform endodontic treatment, including root canal therapy.
• Diagnose and treatment plan endodontic and other dental conditions.
• Provide medically necessary and restorative dental care as appropriate.
• Evaluate dental pain and manage urgent/emergency needs.
• Review and interpret digital radiographs.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to elderly and special-needs populations.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and patient safety.

What You'll Need

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
