Synergy Endodontics is seeking a reliable Dental Assistant to join a fast-paced endodontic practice in Palm Desert, California. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures, taking radiographs, and maintaining a clean clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Dental assisting experience preferred, but not required.
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Radiology Certification preferred.
• Experience with Eaglesoft software is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Dependable, professional, and a strong team player.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment.
• Take and process dental radiographs.
• Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols.
• Support patient care by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
