Hire Introduction LLC seeks an Endodontic Dental Assistant in Fort Worth, TX to support the endodontist during procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a sterile, organized operatory. This full-time, day-shift role requires a TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant certification.

While prior endodontic experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a commitment to learning and excellence in patient care.

Qualifications

  • TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant is required.
  • Clinical dental assistant experience in a practice setting.
  • Familiar with dental terminology and procedures.
  • Proficient with dental office software and technology.
  • Willing to train for endodontic procedures.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the endodontist during various endodontic procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.
  • Manage patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Educate patients on post-procedure care and general oral health practices.

Job Purpose

The Endodontic Dental Assistant through HIRE INTRODUCTION LLC will support the endodontist in providing exceptional dental care to patients. The role involves assisting with endodontic procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The position is full-time and requires a TSBDE Registered Dental Assistant certification. While previous endodontic experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a commitment to learning and excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the endodontist during various endodontic procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to established protocols.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous endodontic experience is preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Experience in assisting with root canal procedures
  • Knowledge of sterilization and infection control protocols specific to endodontics
