Job summary

Endodontics of Maryland is seeking a personable, motivated endodontist for an associateship leading to partnership in a five-chair practice located between Baltimore and Washington DC.

Our modern clinic features digital workflow, microscopes, CBCT imaging, and Gentle Wave irrigation. The board-certified doctors actively mentor associates, with opportunities to learn administration and marketing while building strong relationships with referring dentists.

Qualifications

• MD state license valid.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in endodontics.
• Excellent clinical skills with caring chairside manner.
• Strong communication and collaboration with general dentists and other specialists.
• Endodontic specialty certificate: ADA Accredited.
• Part-time or full-time availability.

Responsibilities

• Associate on a partnership track with mentorship in running the practice.
• Involved in administrative and marketing aspects and building relationships with referring dentists.

Well established endodontic practice centrally located between Baltimore and Washington DC seeks a personable, motivated endodontist for associateship leading to partnership. Our brand new five chair practice is equipped with digital workflow, microscopes, CBCT imaging and Gentle Wave irrigation system. We enjoy a stellar reputation in the area with our patient‑centric approach to care that is firmly grounded in biological principles of endodontic science. The board‑certified doctors in the office are active in academia and continuing education – mentoring the new associate is therefore assured. We seek this individual who will be fully engaged in all aspects of running a practice. Our foremost goal is to uphold the excellent standard of care that attracts our patients to us and that we are known for in the community. We would expect our new colleague to then learn the administrative and marketing aspects of the office and involve themselves in creating steadfast relationships with existing and new referring dentists.
