Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform rooming, vitals, basic patient care, and non-invasive tasks as needed.
• Complete Care Connect EMR documentation and administrative duties.
• Handle medication refills and medical orders as appropriate.
• Document telephone encounters and maintain office logs.
• Assist with supplies, transport patients, and keep exam rooms clean.
• Communicate with the health care team to ensure quality of care.
