Endocrinology - Physician - Long Island, NY

Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time Endocrinologist to join its practices in Nassau County, NY. The facilities in Manhasset and Hewlett are state-of-the-art centers offering a multi-specialty environment with resources from a leading academic medical center.

Mount Sinai’s Department of Endocrinology is committed to patient-centered care, integrating care, research, and education in alignment with the Icahn School of Medicine.

The chosen candidate will join a multi-specialty team in the heart of Long Island. This is an outpatient-focused position with potential hospital consultations if desired. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multi-specialty team of internists, gastroenterologists, and cardiologists in the heart of Long Island
• Serve a diverse population and live in a community with excellent schools and cultural opportunities
• All outpatient practice
• Regular Monday to Friday hours with one evening per week
• Support staff: Medical assistants and part-time CDE
• Call schedule: no hospital duties, possible telephone consults with other Long Island endocrinologists
• EMR system: Epic
• No administrative, teaching, or research responsibilities
