Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for a physician-led Long Island group. This 100% outpatient role offers flexible hours, Monday–Friday, with no on-call, and can be filled as part-time or full-time.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating diabetes and thyroid disorders, creating care plans, coordinating with teams, educating patients, and maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified
• 8+ years experience as a NP
• Endocrinology training
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialty services as needed.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams for seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses and staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guidelines.
• Contribute to growing a sustainable patient panel.

Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner

Compensation: $200K-$300K per year

Job Type: Part time or Full time. Flexible hours, Monday–Friday, No call.

A well-established, physician-led group with locations throughout Long Island, is currently seeking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner. This practice has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. 100% outpatient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism), hormone imbalances, and infertility.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice.
• Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school
• Trained in Endocrinology
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
• 8+ years experience as a NP
