Job summary

Top Echelon LLC is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for a 100% outpatient practice on Long Island, NY. The role offers flexible hours with both part-time and full-time options, and no on-call requirements.

The NP will diagnose and treat diabetes, thyroid disorders, and hormone imbalances, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. A strong emphasis on patient education and documentation is required.

Qualifications

BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school.
Trained in Endocrinology.
NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified.
Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care.
Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice is required.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base.
Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.
8+ years experience as a NP

Responsibilities

Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality care.
Diagnose and treat endocrine conditions including diabetes and thyroid disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed.
Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses and options.
Maintain accurate documentation within the EMR system.
Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams for seamless care.
Provide clinical oversight to nurses and support staff.
Stay compliant with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and payer guidelines.
Contribute to growing a sustainable patient panel.
