Boston Medical Center (BMC) - Brighton is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Practitioner to join our Endocrinology practice. The role focuses on diabetes care and outpatient endocrine management within the Endocrinology Division of the Department of Medicine.

The APP will provide inpatient endocrinology consultation coverage, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while leveraging emerging diabetes technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts.
• Interest in endocrinology and outpatient specialty care.
• New graduates with interest in endocrinology encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide outpatient endocrine care at the BMC Brighton Endocrinology Clinic, focusing on diabetes care.
• Provide inpatient endocrinology consultation coverage at BMC Brighton.
• Collaborate with referring providers, on-site pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Utilize and support diabetes technologies, including CGM and insulin delivery systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development within Endocrinology.
