Job summary

University of Washington and Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center jointly recruit a full-time faculty member in the Clinical Research Division of FHCC and the Department of Medicine, Division of Metabolism, Endocrinology and Nutrition at UW.

The position involves outpatient/inpatient endocrine service, teaching fellows, and research with external funding expectations; anticipated start date Feb 1, 2027, with 12-month service period and no UW compensation. Base compensation determined by FHCC guidelines.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree (or foreign equivalent)
• Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Washington
• Board eligibility or certification in Endocrinology (or foreign equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Clinical responsibilities on outpatient and inpatient endocrinology services.
• Teaching responsibilities including supervision of fellows, informal teaching, and formal lectures.
• Research-focused activities with aim to obtain external funding (grants, clinical trials).
