Job summary

Mercyhealth Endocrinology is seeking a competent LPN to join our outpatient team. You will room patients, collect data, and prepare charts for visits.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with procedures, and coordinating referrals as part of a patient-centered clinic workflow. The role requires LPN licensure, graduation from an accredited program, and CPR/BLS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Licensed LPN in state of practice.
• CPR or BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Rooms patients and collects assessment data.
• Administers injections and medications per orders.
• Assists with examinations, treatments and clinic procedures.
• Performs EKGs and basic lab tests as needed.
• Coordinates referrals and documents in the medical record.
