Job summary
MUSC Health Orangeburg is seeking a skilled Endocrinology Advanced Practice Provider to support endocrine services and care for patients with complex endocrine disorders. You will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to improve long-term health outcomes.
As part of MUSC Health, the APP will practice in a collaborative, evidence-based environment with opportunities for professional growth and work-life balance, utilizing Epic EHR and participating in quality improvement
Qualifications
- NP or PA certification and licensure required.
- Experience in endocrinology or chronic disease management preferred.
- Strong interest in endocrinology and long-term patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes and thyroid disease.
- Provide ongoing management and medication optimization for chronic endocrine conditions.
- Educate patients and families on disease management and adherence.
- Collaborate with primary care, nursing staff, and care coordinators.
- Support outpatient endocrinology with potential inpatient consultation.
